• Tuesday, 8/30 LSAT (Local School Advisory Team) meeting [5:00 pm] ​Small Group Instruction room. 
• Tuesday, ​9/1 Back To School Night Open House [6:00 pm  - 8:00pm Throughout the school 

A look ahead: 

Week of September 4 - September 10

• Monday, 9/5 - NO SCHOOL (Labor Day)
• Wednesday, 9/7 - PTO Election Information Session [ 6:00pm - 7:00pm] Large Group Instruction Room. Learn what types of volunteer opportunities are available on the Miner PTO. 
• Thursday, 9/8 - ANC6A at Miner [7:00pm -9:00 pm] Cafeteria. 
• Saturday, 9/10, Miner Back-to-School Picnic & ECE Playdate [11:00am -2:00pm] Playground and gym. 

Week of September 11 - September 17 

• Monday, 9/12 - Monday Morning Mocha Ms. Mial at Miner [9:00-9:30am] Come speak directly with Principal Mial about your child, our school, and any questions you may have for our leadership team. 
• Tuesday, 9/13  - PTO General Meeting and Officer Elections  [6:00pm -7:30pm] Miner Cafeteria.

Our new administrative A-TEAM - Ms. Mial, Ms. Torrence, and Ms. Flores - have been hard at work for the past few months prepping for the school year. With so much to do and be done, we know there is always room for making things run better -- and their demonstrated commitment to slowly, but surely, building a brighter future for Miner has already been making an impact. Families should have received teacher assignment letters last week and general information about school policies.
