2025-2026 Electronic Calendar

The School Year 2025-2026 calendar is available as a Google Calendar that you can sync to your personal calendar service. To sync with Google Calendar, follow these instructions under the heading “Use a link to add a public calendar” and copy/paste the following URLS:

At-a-Glance

  • Drop-Off Window: 8:30–8:45 am

  • K-5th Walkers: Enter at 15th or 16th St doors; no walkers in parking lot

  • Car Line: Enter parking lot at 15th St → keep right → drop at 15th St door; drivers stay in car

  • Tardy: After 8:45 → All students PK3-5th enter 15th St parking doors for tardy pass

  • Early Pickup: Ends at 2:30 pm; caregiver must have photo ID.

  • Regular pickup: PK3, PK4, and Kindergarten: 3:05 pm; 1st-5th: 3:15 pm

  • Late Pickup (for those waiting on a caregiver or sibling): 3:30–4:15 pm; pickup no later than 4:15 pm (unless in aftercare)

  • Aftercare Pickup: by 6pm in the 15th St entrance lobby; DCPS aftercare signs out on paper; Everyday Play ‘n’ Learn signs out via Brightwheel app

  • PK3–PK4 Arrival: ECE Center front doors, 8:30–8:45 am

  • Breakfast: Served in classrooms after arrival

  • Uniforms: Tops: navy/white/light blue; Bottoms: khaki/navy; no jeans

  • Cell Phones: Stored in phone lockers bell-to-bell; retrieved after pickup

  • Emergency Site: Rosedale Recreation Center
